How is this oil made?

This oil begins on regenerative organic farms in Ethiopia, where avocados are grown with long-term care for the land. Production is managed entirely in house, allowing us to stay close to every step.

Only the avocado pulp is used. What remains is returned to the system and repurposed, supporting future growth rather than waste. Processing is kept minimal and intentional, just enough to support cooking without compromising quality.

This oil belongs in the middle of cooking, when heat is high and things are happening quickly.
