Every bottle of AEVO leaves our facility with a single promise: what's inside is exactly what the label says: 100% pure, unrefined, Regenerative Organic Avocado Oil. Nothing added. Nothing cut. Nothing hidden.
Our policies are built around protecting that promise, and protecting you.
SHIPPING
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 .
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.
We ship our oil in premium, heavy-walled glass bottles. Glass is our deliberate choice; it is the only material we trust to preserve the integrity and flavor of a truly unadulterated oil. We pack every order with care, but we appreciate your patience if a carrier occasionally takes a different view of "handle with care."
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any AEVO products.
We know that's a firm stance. Here's why we hold it and why we believe it actually works in your favor.
AEVO exists because food adulteration is rampant. Most oils sold as "pure" are cut with cheaper alternatives. Our entire identity is built on fighting that. Accepting a food product back into our facility once it has left our chain of custody would introduce a risk we are not willing to take, not to our oil, and not to the customers who trust us.
We cannot verify what happens to a bottle after it leaves us. We cannot confirm it has been stored correctly, untampered with, or kept in food-safe conditions during a return transit. To accept it back and resell it or even to put it near our inventory would mean compromising the very standard of purity we stake our name on.
So our no-return policy isn't a legal hedge. It's a food safety commitment.
If you are ever uncertain whether AEVO is right for you, we encourage you to reach out before you order. We're happy to answer any questions about our sourcing, our testing, or what makes our oil different.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN ON ARRIVAL
We ship glass. Despite our best efforts in packaging, carriers occasionally mishandle parcels. If your bottle arrives broken, cracked, or leaking, we will make it right — no questions asked.
DAMAGED ORDER? HERE'S WHAT TO DO
Please email us at info@aevoafrica.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
— Your order number
— A clear photo of the damage (the bottle, packaging, and any leakage)
Once we receive your email and confirm the damage, we will ship you a replacement at no cost. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be honored, as we are unable to distinguish carrier damage from post-delivery incidents.
We respond to all damage claims within 1–2 business days.
We ask for the photo not because we doubt you but because it allows us to document the damage with the carrier and improve our packaging where needed. You're helping the next customer too.
